Olivia grew up in Roma, Texas. She attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and graduated with degrees in Political Science and Great Texts of the Western Tradition while in the Honors Program. She studied law at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate.
Olivia is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Texas. She has been practicing in Virginia since 2023.
Olivia is a proud Marine wife. She and her husband have two daughters, and a rescued hound dog and cat. They live in Quantico, Virginia and enjoy spending time outdoors together.
